Vous obtenez exactement ce que vous voyez. L’électricité est prépayée de votre côté. J’aurais aimé que cela soit mentionné, mais l’hôte a eu la gentillesse de ne pas me facturer l’électricité. Un générateur serait un excellent ajout pour le prix en raison de nombreuses pannes d’électricité à Douala.
Le séjour a été un solide 4/5 à cause des moustiques, pas d’alimentation de secours et pas d’ascenseur, mais aussi pour le très gentil gestionnaire de la maison, la propreté et l’absence d’odeur de l’espace.

Le logement de Marietta était magnifique et confortable. Le fait qu’il soit très facile de s’y rendre et qu’il soit proche de la rue fait toute la différence.
Elle a eu la gentillesse de me laisser arriver plus tôt et m’a fourni tout ce dont j’avais besoin.
L’endroit lui-même était très confortable et pratiquement tout y était neuf.
Je recommande vivement le logement de Marietta.

Le séjour a été parfait. La maison et ses grands espaces de vie parfaite pour profiter tous ensemble malgré la pluie. La Croisette est à 10 minutes en voiture et toutes les commodites sont proches (mention spéciale pour la boucherie d’en face) Je recommande vivement et ma relouerai avec plaisir pour une prochaine cousinade !

L’endroit était parfait pour notre famille de 10 personnes ! Beaucoup d’espace et avoir des salles de bain dans chaque chambre était pratique. Climatisation incroyable dans toutes les pièces – une véritable bouée de sauvetage quand il faisait plus de 30 degrés à l’extérieur. Marietta a été d’une grande aide et disponible pour répondre à nos questions presque 24h/24.

Jolie maison rénovée, le fait que chaque chambre ait sa propre sdb avec toilettes est un gros +++ quand on est nombreux c’est très confortable. Bonne literie, climatisation optimale, rien à redire.

Le logement de Marietta est tout ce que vous pouvez demander lorsque vous visitez Genève ou la France voisine. Idéalement situé à côté de Genève et de Ferney-Voltaire, l’appartement est très confortable et entièrement équipé pour accueillir une petite famille, un couple ou une personne. Tout est impeccable, propre et arrangeant. Vous avez des bus à proximité pour vous emmener à Genève ou à l’aéroport en 20 min. Je recommande vivement si vous voyagez pour affaires ou pour les loisirs.

Super Airbnb, très propre et spacieux. Nous avons eu un petit problème au début avec l’application pour la serrure de porte (problème avec l’application et pas avec la véritable serrure) mais le propriétaire est venu nous aider immédiatement. Elle est très gentille et sympathique, nous a fait visiter et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Je recommande chaudement et j’y retournerais si nous revenons à Cannes.

The apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, modern, and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room — a huge plus! The beach is just a short walk away, the neighbourhood is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family holiday, and there’s also a supermarket conveniently located nearby.
A special thank you to the owners, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always happy to help and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, which made our experience even better.
We would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday. You definitely won’t be disappointed! We would happily stay here again. 😊
Positive: Diese Unterkunft war einfach einzigartig schön – es hat wirklich alles perfekt gepasst! Schon die Übergabe des Apartments verlief trotz unserer späten Anreise völlig unkompliziert. Die Vermittlerin kam extra persönlich vorbei, um uns alles in Ruhe zu zeigen und uns einzuweisen – ein wirklich toller Service, den wir sehr zu schätzen wussten.
Das Apartment selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: blitzblank sauber, geschmackvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die voll ausgestattete Küche, die zwei Badezimmer und die durchdachte Ausstattung machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Dazu kommen die wunderschöne, sehr ruhige Anlage und der Swimmingpool direkt auf dem Anwesen.
Auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein ganz besonderer Ort, an dem einfach alles stimmt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Appartamento grande, molto accogliente e Ambiente piacevole, pulito, terrazza grande e pulitissima, letto e sofà comodi, cucina con tutto il necessario pure una terrazza che guarda sul retro e parco. Per recarsi alla spiaggia (piccola) a piedi si scende la strada interna della Residenza, si passa scendendo una scala dall‘altra parte della strada/ferrovia, spiaggia di sabbia e in acqua sassi/rocce. La risalita è tutto allenamento. Con le finestre chiuse non si sentono la ferrovia e la strada, Ci ha accolto Agathe, persona molto gentile e sempre disponibile, risponde entro 5 min., anche fuori orario. Abbiamo trovato un set di benvenuto molto gradito, acqua fresca, tè. Café, coca cola, 2 cioccolatini e persino un vasetto con una piantina di basilico. Essendo la Residenza La Mirandole lontana dai negozi, necessita un’auto o bus, fermata subito sotto la residenza, molto comodo. Garage livello terra perfetto anche per auto grande, areato. Piscina bellissima. Ringraziamo sentitamente la Signora Agathe per averci ospitato.

Negative: Miscommunication at first as the day before I messaged the contact number whether it was possible or not to leave our luggage before the check in time. No response to that. Also the day of arrival I messaged the same question and again no answer. I then messaged another number and she replied that she was going to ask the cleaner (first number) to contact me, then she did but it was too late as in the meantime we made other plans to store our luggage till check in. Mattress cover in the sofa bed not clean.

Positive: La posizione comoda se si ha l'autovettura, la piscina, il garage anche se non adatto per auto di grandi dimensioni. Buono il soggiorno, il terrazzo e la cucina dotati di tutti gli accessori. Nel complesso un bel residence.
Negative: Camere non climatizzate, soggiorno con il solo pinguino. Si può dormire solo in salotto se fa molto caldo. Biancheria da letto molto da rivedere e gli asciugamani avevano un cattivo odore.

Positive: Casa molto bella e spaziosa, al terzo piano, con ascensore, con vista sul mare. Dotata di ogni servizio e con aria condizionata. Cucina ben attrezzata con ampio frigorifero e freezer. Letto matrimoniale alla francese e divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Bagno con vasca, molto utile con i bambini.
Tramite il sottopasso si arriva al mare in 5 minuti nella spiaggia du soleil, mare bellissimo. Nota di merito il parcheggio di fronte all'appartamento.
Accommodation by the sea near Vallauris
Positive: The accommodation’s location near the lively part of Golfe Juan was lovely and the 10-minute walk to the nearest beaches was also all right. We certainly appreciated the size of the flat, the balconies on either side of the individual rooms and equipped bathroom.
Negative: The handover of the keys (pick up and return) was almost comical these days by modern standards. What’s more, the young lady didn’t speak a word of English, so it was impossible to communicate about almost anything, not even using a translation app. But in the end, everything was sorted out. However, the apartment’s facilities certainly do not justify the price of the stay. The lack of Wi-Fi and, above all, air conditioning on hot summer days is problematic and another thing we definitely didn’t like was the condition of the electrical socket in the living room, which was in a critical and dangerous state. One of the photos in the gallery is also misleading, whilst you can see the sea in the distance from the balcony, you certainly can't see the harbor and the canal as clearly as shown in the photo. They aren’t there at all in fact :-)

Positive: Closed parking with garage which is included in price. Located in nice neighbourhood, close to shops and cafes. Good sized rooms. Communication is through the agency and they are very responsive
Negative: Picture in the add with a balcony overlooking marina is misleading. There is no such view from this apartment. There is no air-conditioning, so we had to ask for an additional fan because it was impossible to cool down the rooms and kitchen. The flat is on the last floor so air-conditioning in necessary for a nice stay during summer months. Appliances and utensils are in working condition, but they are old and should be replaced. I am not fussy, but for the money we paid, I expected some standard. Single beds are uncomfortable, sofa bed in the living room is dirty, there is no wardrobe or drawers chest in the master bedroom so we had to keep all our clothes in the suitcases. Having club chairs and table set on one of the balconies would really be appreciated. The pictured white table is too large and we couldn't use it. This could be a very nice flat, but at this moment it looks tired and needs improvement, especially having in mind the price ...
Positive: L'appartamento era confortevole e pulito, per una settimana di soggiorno in 4 persone è stata una buona soluzione. Molto bella la piscina, sempre sorvegliata e ben curata.
Negative: Il box auto purtroppo era molto piccolo e angusto, , adatto a piccole utilitarie, ma non a macchine di misura "normale".
Il bagno (con solo il wc) era molto scomodo, e la doccia mancava della ventola di aspirazione, quindi non c'era una buona aerazione.

Nous avons passé une excellente séjour, en tranquillité.
Le parking est situé dans la cour .

Negative: Много занемарен мръсни стени! И миришеше на нещо много странно ! Имаше някви кофи на терасата и мръсни стелки! Зарязани там! Леглата танцуваха през цялата нощ докато спиш! С Wi-Fi то въобще неможеш да се свържеш! ТВ , прекъсваше сигнала постоянно ! Страшна и отвратителна миризма в апартамента и цялата сграда , занимаем и не подържан апартамент, тръгнахме си едни ден по рано! След 18ч път когато се разбрахме ,с собственика да ни даде ключовете в определения час тел му беше паднала батерията и се наложи да звъним на Букин, да го търсим и чакаме бяхме изморени и нямаше как да се откажем в тези жеги и да търсим ново жилище и затова останахме ! Не бихме повторили пак !

Negative: Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a chiudere la porta di ingresso dall'interno dell'appartamento.

Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch sehr gut gelegen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Good location, close to the station and not a far distance from the beach.
Positive: The proximity from the station has the beach was good. It was clean and well-equipped.
Loved Golfe-Juan - a real gem of a French coastal town!
Negative: The apartment was comfortable overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. During our stay it was extremely hot, and while the fans were essential, air conditioning or better ventilation would have made a big difference, especially as there were no windows that could be opened. The lack of Wi-Fi was also inconvenient for travellers even though it is stated that there is no wifi at this property.
Finding the correct apartment was confusing as the Booking.com listing did not provide clear details about the building or unit number. Check-in was more complicated than expected. Do take note of when check-in times are available.
À part les deux points négatifs, nous avons passé un super séjour.
Positive: Grand balcon où l’on peut manger en terrasse. Situation parfaite, autant pour le centre-ville que pour aller à la place.
Negative: Cuisine un peu étroite et éléments de cuisine un peu juste. Nous n’avons pas eu de la chance, car l’ascenseur a été en panne le lendemain de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ le samedi 10h.

Positive: Abbiamo fatto questa piccola avventura di famiglia del ponte dal 30 maggio al 2 giugno ,e stato davvero molto bello, l'appartamento era bello pulito, ogni cosa a suo posto,fornito di tutto macchina caffè, calice di vino e tutto il resto,.Il terrazzo era spettacolare grande come in foto fornito di tavolo dove abbiamo fatto la cena e colazione con vista mare torneremo di sicuro,la signora della casa molto gentile abbiamo parlato tramite Booking voleva assicurarsi che fosse sempre tutto ok, molto gentile.

Mais surtout, il n'est pas mentionné que l'une des chambres est aveugle (sans fenêtre) et ouvre obligatoirement sur le salon/ salle à manger. De fait, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas favorable à ce logement. Dormir dans un placard n'est vraiment pas agréable pour une des personnes ! Sauf erreur de notre part, absence de détecteur de fumée. Absence de ventilation dans la salle d'eau.

Vietoj maudynių ir poilsio, gavom piktą, nervingą tetą, kuri turėjo raktus, nieko neaiškino. Jos vienintelis tikslas buvo kuo greičiau pasišalint, nors mums reikėjo pagalbos su parkingu, kurio tiesiog nebuvo. Pati blogiausia ir nemaloniausia patirtis per visą ilgą kelionę po Europą!!!

I rented one of the rooms for 2 years and highly recommend it. The place was spacious and modern, with separate bathrooms in each room, a terrace, and well-equipped in high-quality tools - including a washing machine and a drier. The location was also convenient. The landlord is very helpful and attentive, quick to respond and resolve any issues that came up.

I will never back there and this place should be removed from the booking !!!

Negative: "There are no air conditioners, even though it was listed before booking. The place is also not clean, and check-in was delayed until 7 PM! Unfortunately, the owner was careless—several lights weren't working, and the washing machine was broken. When I asked the owner to fix these issues, they said I had to pay extra. This is highly unprofessional and feels like exploitation." I had to change my whole stay to other hotel and lose my money without refund!!

The place where I stayed was very cozy and the people there were really nice. I was greeted promptly and everyone was very attentive. They even allowed me to check in early since I arrived ahead of schedule! They always made sure to check and see if everything was okay.

Relax, mare e tranquillità!
Positive: Balcone stupendo e vivibile. Cucina attrezzata con tutto. Letti comodi. La posizione è fantastica, a due passi dalla spiaggia , dalla passeggiata, dal supermercato e da altri negozi come la farmacia. Flore è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Soggiorno rilassante e piacevole.

C'était un déplacement professionnel pour le festival de Cannes, mais c'est très agréable.
l’accessibilité de la maison par rapport au centre ville est un atout majeur.
Léo le gérant est très professionnel, bienveillant et à l'écoute.

Positive: Vue mer, proximité de plage / port, équipement très complet. Bon rapport qualité prix. Belle terrasse. Plutôt spacieux.
Negative: Garage petit, mais tout juste pour nous. Les mesures précises devraient être indiquées.

Positive: Odlično stanovanje zelo blizu plaže, z vsem udobjem, ki ga potrebuješ za prijetne počitnice. Dodatni bonus je sedežna garnitura tudi z ležalniki na balkonu z razgledom na morje, ter kavomat s kavo, pomivalni in pralni stroj, ter garaža za avto. Mesto in plaža Golfe Juan v bližini stanovanja sta zelo zanimiva za ogled, prav tako Antibes ki je oddaljen nekaj minut vožnje.
Negative: Vse je bilo odlično!!!

Maravillosa estancia en Cannes
Positive: Muy espacioso y muy bien equipado. Incluye un baño por cada habitación.
Negative: La lavadora era de pago.

Nice house to visit Cannes. It is beautiful inside and everything is new. I will recommend the house for any big group that wants to visit Cannes. Amazing!!!
Visita a Cannes muy agradable gracias a una casa completamente equipada y muy espaciosa. Cuenta con un porche muy grande donde puedes pasar un buen rato. La cocina es también muy amplia y permite cocinar a varias personas a la vez. Recomendaría 100% este alojamiento y volvería a reservar sin ningún tipo de duda.

Ho soggiornato confortevolmente
Positive: La struttura si presenta con camere piccole ma molto graziose e ben organizzate. Tutto molto pulito. Le istruzioni dello staff sono state molto chiare e tutto ha funzionato. La posizione é in un quartiere non molto bello ma comodo per raggiungere il centro (20 min a piedi ) e sopratutto la spiaggia (8 min. a piedi).
Negative: Non ho gradito il fatto che si lascia una pre-autorizzazione sulla carta di credito di 2.000,00 come cauzione (in realtà somma non addebitata) per eventuali danni (non mi era mai successo prima).
Le camere erano sprovviste di chiavi
